This large but cozy unit is located on the 2nd floor of the Wychwood Barns Community Cultural Hub, a well-established community space with over 15 years of engagement. The space is home to 26 artist live/work studios, 32 artist work studios, 9 non-profit arts and environmental organizations and a 7,680 square-foot event venue in Barn 2.

Ample opportunity to collaborate with anchor tenancies on programming, which include a popular youth theatre, musicians, visual artists and hands-on environmental and agricultural partners.

Wychwood Barns is surrounded by a City of Toronto Public Park which contains several amenities, including a children’s playground, a large grass field which is home to a skating rink in the winter, a community garden, volleyball court and dog park.
