This large and bright unit is located on the 1st floor of the Wychwood Barns Community Cultural Hub, a well-established community space with over 15 years of engagement. The space is home to 26 artist live/work studios, 32 artist work studios, 9 non-profit arts and environmental organizations and a 7,680 square-foot event venue in Barn 2. Wychwood Barns is a prime example of adaptive reuse and creative placemaking, renovated with collaboration, community, and environmental innovation and growth at the centre of its design.
Wychwood Barns is surrounded by a City of Toronto Public Park which contains several amenities, including a children’s playground, a large grass field which is home to a skating rink in the winter, a community garden, volleyball court and dog park. It is located in the colourful St. Clair West/Humewood neighborhood which features a wide variety of restaurants, coffee shops, transit routes, and is home to Salsa on St. Clair, a vibrant Latin dance festival that attracts hundreds of thousands of guests each July.

- Please provide audited financial statements for 2 years and a current year internal financial statement
